Postage & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, but often this will be reduced to within 24 hours. Please note that our dispatch team works 9am - 6pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed from 9am the following morning.

 

Our postage costs are based on the following Royal Mail services:

Small Package
45cm x 35cm x 16cm of a weight up to 2kg;

  • Second Class postage & packing £4.00 

  • Special (Next Day) P&P: £8.70

Medium Package

61cm x 46cm x 46cm or a weight up to 2kg;

  • Second Class postage & packing £6.00

  • Special (Next Day) P&P: £8.70

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £150.00

If you would like an alternative postal service for large or urgent orders, please contact us.

 

 

Returns

As we sell used vintage clothing we operate a no refunds policy on any items bought in our store, for this reason we strongly recommend that you try before you buy to ensure you are happy with your vintage pieces. In case you do change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn since the date of purchase and in the same condition that it was purchased in, with our original price tag still attached. All exchange items must be presented with the valid receipt.

 

 

Web Returns

For products purchased from www.wildclothing.co.uk we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn since the date of purchase and in the same condition that it was purchased in, with our original tag still attached. Returns should be sent back along with a filled out returns form (included in your parcel) to the following address:

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-5 days to process as standard.  


We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. Wild Clothing does not accept liability for any damages during transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items. Please be aware that in the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns of hosiery or swimwear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Care of your Vintage Clothing

All of our pre-worn clothing is fully reconditioned and laundered or dry cleaned where appropriate, and is ready to sell. We don’t wash unworn items or garments with their original retail tags and packaging intact.
